RNA-XPress Reagent-MB601 is a powerful monophase reagent for rapid and efficient isolation of high-quality total RNA from cell cultures, tissues, bacteria or other biological samples. Based on a modified guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol-chloroform method, this reagent ensures reliable cell lysis and simultaneous inactivation of RNases – ideal for sensitive molecular biological applications.

Chemical composition:

  • Sodium acetate (pH 4.0)
